GoHPT was formed in 2015 to meet the needs of federal customers who want more from their contractor - customers that expect and demand excellence in attitude, ability, performance, and professionalism.
Christopher is a Chippewa Indian from the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. He is an accomplished Human Performance Technologist, with over twenty years of experience in education and Federal Contracting. He understands the demands placed on contracting companies to ensure that well-qualified and experienced personnel are selected to provide support on contracts. While contracting for the USCG, he noticed that the HPT Model could be implemented as a Project Management tool to measure & evaluate performance, implement change, and better communicate with customers to ensure final outcomes and products exceed their expectations.
He holds Psychology, Education, and Educational & Learning Technologies Psychology degrees from Brigham Young University-Idaho and Kent State University.

am so impressed with the quality of services that I’m seeing. I particularly like your new “Self Paced eLearning” course on the AN/SPS-50. Too Cool!

I came onto the CM team as CM Lead in January this year and had a steep learning curve.
One month later one of my two contractors resigned and Tom (GoHPT) had to step into a large gap and step up.
He made the transition seamless for me and his performance continues to exceed my expectations.

Contractor provided all CDRLS early or on-time and without discrepancies. Govt now has more TEMPEST-compliant units than at any time previously.

There's no real way to capture my appreciation for what the NVMC had to go through over the weekend. Exceeded expectations. Outstanding. With an extreme positive attitude. Above and beyond. The thesaurus can't even cover it. So, my kudos for what they did/do. Helping me, the APLES team, Battlewatch, ICC, CBP, and doing whatever needs done. They are awesome.
